Our beers are brewed for the people, particularly for those who think they don’t like beer. We love our classic styles and crafty brands – but we feel there’s so much more to beer than what we’re brought up to believe.  

At carbon brews, we’re going against the grain – literally – using distinctive hops, yeasts, and barley to infuse exciting flavors that are far from the norm. Our brews bring together fresh tastes you’d never quite expect, for beers that downright burst with flavor.
