Marcos Sanz, el maestro cervecero, Ingeniero Agrícola y Tecnólogo de Alimentos, lleva elaborando cerveza artesana desde hace 12 años.Debido al éxito de sus cervezas entre familiares y amigos, decidió embarcarse en este proyecto hace aproximadamente 5 años. La cerveza lleva en el mercado desde Enero de 2011, cuando inició su andadura con una fabricación mensual de 1.000 botellas al mes. La capacidad máxima de producción actual es de 2.000 unidades mensuales, por lo que es un producto realmente selecto

Cerveza tostada viva de alta fermentación. Sin conservantes ni colorantes. natural. Sin filtrar ni pasteurizar. Elaboración artesana limitada.
