La nostra birra è agricola e biologica perché siamo noi stessi a coltivare l’orzo da cui è ricavata. Seguire il sistema agricolo biologico era l’unica direzione che potevamo intraprendere: non utilizziamo sostanze chimiche, non utilizziamo diserbanti e concimi che non sono naturali, applichiamo la rotazione colturale per favorire la naturale fertilità del suolo.
Per poter avere una gestione diretta dell’intera filiera produttiva e la tracciabilità di tutte le materie prime controlliamo il processo di maltificazione, selezioniamo luppoli esclusivamente biologici, lievito prodotto in piccole quantità e utilizziamo l’acqua del nostro pozzo. Il nostro impianto di produzione è all’avanguardia così da poter garantire nel tempo la costanza qualitativa del prodotto.
