## About

The very idea of ​​the return of brewing beer to Radom was established in 1997. Two years later we built the smallest brewery, which has been a member of the Association of Polish Regional Breweries - Castle Brewery in Radom. Here we created new recipes, renovated old, forgotten beers that were brewed before the war in Radom. In 2010, we decided on a larger scale showcase their products, transferring its technology to friendly countries, the best regional breweries, and in this way a brewery Czarny Kot (Black Cat). Now, as once all the new recipes are created with us in Radom, in the Castle Brewery, which became part of the Brewery laboratory and Black Cat. Once approved, check the taste of beer are brewed in selected breweries to enjoy the gourmet palate. We have two main product lines - Cats (black, red, white) and Bearnardy - mainly beer with a distinctive taste "folded joint" (the whole bottle is packaged by hand) - and that is our hallmark. For the manufacture we use only natural ingredients and added to the flavored beer is the real fruit syrup produced specifically for the needs of our brewery. We can confidently say that our brewery was one of the first, which now are called contract.
