## About

Brouwerij Nicolaas is in 1764 opgericht door Nicolaas Huijbert van Broekhoven in de oude Kerkstraat te Goirle. Zijn bieren waren zeer geliefd in de lokale staminekes (cafés) en in de loop der tijd werd de brouwerij een regionaal begrip om zijn overheerlijke speciaalbieren.
Anno 250 jaar later, komt er door 11 vrienden weer leven in de brouwerij. Als eerbetoon aan de bekende Goolse brouwer en om Goirle als brouwdorp in ere te herstellen.
Aan de hand van de Nicolaas bieren wordt de roemrijke geschiedenis van Goirle verteld en geproefd. Trots gebrouwen op een ambachtelijk manier. En dat gaat u zeker proeven!
