## About

Bricknell Brewery is a small scale brewery specialising
in the production of hand-crafted bottle-conditioned beers that are very different to the beers you'll find in supermarkets.  

A typical brew size is just 140 to 150 litres, so the emphasis is on quality, not quantity.  Everything is done by hand, from the brewing stage through to bottling and adding the labels.

We even grow our own hops, which we use in some of our seasonal brews.  The graphic on our home page shows our Fuggles hops in early September.

On average we brew once a week and there are about 12-13 different beers available at any given time.  Check out what's available via the 'Our Beers' section of the website.  

We don't use any finings so all of our beers are vegan-friendly, but they're not always crystal clear like supermarket beers.  It's the flavour that counts!
