## About

Ingénieur biochimiste de formation et professionnel du monde brassicole depuis 2007, je démarre durant l'été 2013 la production de mes propres bières à Enges, dans le canton de Neuchâtel. Ce petit village bucolique, situé sur le flanc de Chaumont à 820 mètres d’altitude fait face aux trois lacs de Morat, Bienne et Neuchâtel.

Dans une culture brassicole en plein essor en Suisse et dans le monde, mon maitre mot est de marier qualité et proximité tout en faisant preuve de créativité sans pour autant tomber dans la surenchère.
