## About

All'inizio, tra boschi sempreverdi e latifogli, spontaneamente crescevano cespugli di bosso. Successivamente, prima gli etruschi e poi i romani trasformarono l’area del parco di veio in un insediamento agricolo. In quegli stessi luoghi, dove natura, storia e cultura si fondono insieme, produciamo la nostra birra artigianale che da quei cespugli prende il proprio nome.



Nella bossum ritroverai la purezza millenaria di un territorio dove la biodiversità è tutelata è valorizzata e che rende unica la nostra birra. 

A Gennaio 2020, viene inaugurato il primo birrificio indipendente Bossum, all'interno del Parco Naturale di Veio. Questa entusiasmante avventura nel mondo brassicolo cresce all'insegna della passione dei soci per le buone birre artigianali, sia per la qualità del prodotto sia per le ricadute positivi sul territorio che le attività artigianali sono in grado di trasmettere. La birra artigianale è un prodotto vivo non pastorizzato che conserva, pur nella sua mutevolezza, tutti gli aromi ed il gusto delle materie prime coinvolte nel processo, regalando al degustatore un ventaglio di profumi e sapori ineguagliabili dalle birre industriali pastorizzate.
