2016, nous avons posé nos cartons et nos fermenteurs en plein cœur de Metz. Nous y brassons depuis toutes nos bières que nous faisons découvrir sur place ainsi que dans les bars, caves et restaurants alentour.

2023, le local sous le pont devenu trop petit, nous sommes maintenant à Frescaty sur l'ancienne BA128.
