Il Birrificio Artigianale Agricolo BIRRONE, tra i più importanti a livello italiano, nasce nel 2008 a Isola Vicentina (VI) per la produzione di birre artigianali, naturali, di altissima qualità, non trattate termicamente né chimicamente.
Nel corso degli anni Birrone sviluppa una linea di birre di altissimo livello che, per essere tali, dalla produzione al consumo finale, vengono gestite in rigorosa catena del freddo per ricreare e mantenere le condizioni ottimali del tank di maturazione.
Grazie alla lungimiranza del progetto iniziale e alla tenacia nel diffondere questo innovativo modus operandi, Birrone è cresciuto continuamente posizionandosi tra i primi 10 birrifici in Italia in termini di volumi ed è ai vertici dei più premiati. Questo percorso ha portato, tra le altre cose, nel 2014 all’assegnazione al fondatore e titolare di Birrone, Simone Dal Cortivo, del prestigioso premio “BIRRAIO DELL’ANNO” di Unionbirrai.
