## About

Birrificio Occupato è un progetto giovane e in continua evoluzione

Il primo embrione è nato nel 2018 da un’idea che ha coinvolto diversi pub del territorio pavese con l’obiettivo di soddisfare una sempre più crescente richiesta di birre artigianali a km 0 che garantiscano freschezza grazie alla filiera cortissima.

Questa idea ha trovato uno sbocco ideale con Balmar che, nel 2020, ha creduto nel progetto presentato dando la propria disponibilità e diventandone parte attiva.

Oggi, tutte le birre vengono prodotte nello stabilimento Balmar che grazie alla collaborazione di tutti i partecipanti al progetto ha permesso di potenziare il sito produttivo arrivando a creare uno dei più grossi e organizzati birrifici nel territorio Pavese, in grado di fornire anche distributori, pub e gruppi d’acquisto.
