Fondata nel Marzo 2007 da Maurizio e Miriam uniti da una passione profonda per la birra artigianale. Passione nata leggendo testi antichi che raccontano la storia di questa affascinante bevanda.
Miriam ha poi frequentato corsi per birrai in diversi paesi europei creandosi la giusta sapienza e conoscenza per poter sviluppare con creatività e fantasia le sue birre.
I viaggi alla scoperta di antiche ricette originali e radicane nel tempo, le ricerche minuziose delle materie prime e la voglia di raggiungere un alto standard qualitativo hanno permesso a Maurizio e Miriam di produrre birre uniche nonostante la produzione sia ai suoi albori. Gli impianti anche se tecnologicamente molto avanzati permettono comunque di creare birre personali dove la mano e l’esperienza del mastro birraio restano fondamentali.
