Dolmen nasce nel 2005 in Sardegna.
Da allora produciamo le nostre birre in un piccolo centro nel nord dell’isola, in un laboratorio che è insieme moderno e artigianale. Seguiamo scrupolosamente le antiche tradizioni birraie, curiamo ogni dettaglio.
Scegliendo gli ingredienti e le lavorazioni migliori,cerchiamo l’emozione di un sapore semplice eautentico. Usiamo solo acqua purissima, malti d’orzo selezionati con cura, luppoli e lieviti di prima qualità. Non aggiungiamo anidride carbonica, né conservanti o antiossidanti. Così ogni nostra birra può esprimere le sue qualità, creare naturalmente il perfetto equilibrio tra la schiuma, la struttura, fra l’amaro e gli intensi profumi dei luppoli.
Tutte le nostre birre sono totalmente sincere: non filtrate, non pastorizzate ma rifermentate in bottiglia o in fusti.
È una scelta di autenticità: vogliamo trasmettere profumi, aromi e sensazioni della terra sarda.
