Il Birrificio di Roma è una piccola e nuova realtà nata dalla passione condivisa di due amici storici che, anche se hanno affrontato esperienze e percorsi lavorativi differenti, non hanno perso il piacere della reciproca compagnia e di bere buona birra. Una sera di un paio di anni fa, durante una cena davanti al Colosseo, hanno avuto l’idea di realizzare il loro progetto dando onore e lustro alla loro città, dedicandole nome e logo del birrificio e dei suoi prodotti. L’obiettivo è quello di creare una birra dove gusto e qualità siano sapientemente combinate per esaltare al meglio la particolarità degli ingredienti.
