Immerso in pieno centro storico, il BIRRIFICIO di LEGNANO nasce nel giugno del 2015 come azienda produttrice di birra artigianale, il primo della nostra città.
Il luogo scelto fa parte dell’antico stabilimento della Tessitura Bernocchi, raro esempio di bellezza architettonica industriale dell’inizio del XX secolo che, con un accorto restauro, è diventato sia laboratorio di produzione che un luogo incantevole per pause pranzo in giardino o serate allegre. Seduti tra gli arredi originali recuperati da un tacchificio della zona ormai in disuso, si possono degustare le birre prodotte a km zero.
La produzione viene fatta interamente in loco, partendo dal processo di mashing fino alla fermentazione, imbottigliamento e infustamento. Il punto di forza è nella scelta delle materie di primissima qualità che unito alla competenza del mastro birraio garantisce un prodotto naturale al 100% elaborato in maniera artigianale come da antica tradizione.
Tutte le ricette sono ideate, studiate e realizzate dal nostro staff produttivo.
L’azienda offre la possibilità di acquistare i propri prodotti all’interno dello stabilimento dove si trova lo spaccio aziendale.
