Proprio dal 1921, Molino Spadoni continua a evolversi con professionalità e passione alla costante ricerca dell’eccellenza e dell’innovazione. La solida esperienza e la spinta innovativa sono alla base del lavoro di un team di esperti che, ogni giorno, si impegna a creare prodotti di altissima qualità partendo da materie prime eccellenti. Il Birrificio del Molino è la nuova tappa sulla strada di un successo che da oltre 100 anni ha reso il marchio Molino Spadoni leader nel settore molitorio. Un sito produttivo artigianale dotato di macchine e tecnologie, che permettono un controllo di qualità e di standard produttivi molto elevati. La sala cottura, in cui si prepara il mosto di birra, ha una capacità di 2.000 litri (20 HL) variabili a seconda del grado zuccherino del mosto da produrre. Proprio in questa fase i migliori cereali, selezionati dai nostri laboratori, vengono trasformati in birre artigianali non pastorizzate e non microfiltrate.
