La storia del Birrificio del Forte inizia nel 2011 come tappa di un percorso intrapreso diversi anni prima. Il rispetto che nutriamo verso questa antica bevanda ci ha fatto approcciare con grande riguardo agli stili classici, che reinterpretiamo in chiave moderna, mantenendone salde le caratteristiche principali. I nostri prodotti rispecchiano ciò che abbiamo sempre desiderato trovare in una birra: facilità di bevuta ed equilibrio. La cura estrema riposta in ogni fase della produzione e l’attenzione volta a un continuo e costante miglioramento, hanno portato il Birrificio del Forte ad essere oggi una delle realtà italiane più conosciute e premiate a livello nazionale e internazionale.

Uno dei nostri principali obiettivi è ottenere un prodotto che sia un gradevole accompagnamento a un piatto o a un momento da condividere con amici. Coniugare artigianalità produttiva e qualità costante nel tempo è una delle nostre maggiori sfide quotidiane.
