Siamo Giovanni e Roberto, appassionati e soprattutto grandi bevitori di birra!

Vediamo il Birrificio dei Castelli come un laboratorio in continua evoluzione che ha come obiettivo la ricerca di un prodotto realizzato nel rispetto della tradizione brassicola, senza alcun processo di filtrazione e pastorizzazione.

Nella realizzazione di ogni nostra birra ricerchiamo l'equilibrio e la scorrevolezza attraverso un'accurata scelta delle materie prime, lunghi tempi di produzione e maturazione, cura del dettaglio e pazienza.

Pluripremiati in diversi concorsi, sia in italia che all'estero, siamo rimasti fedeli alla nostra strada di birrai "innamorati" della birra, non delle mode.
