"Fondato a marzo 2023 a Rignano sull'Arno (Firenze), Birrificio Comedia è un progetto di Stilber, distributore specializzato nel craft beer. Il nome omaggia l'opera di Dante Alighieri.
La filosofia è incentrata sulla bevibilità e la longevità del prodotto, con particolare attenzione all'equilibrio. Le sette etichette spaziano tra diverse tradizioni birrarie: dalla scuola inglese a quella belga, con influenze americane per quel che riguarda l'utilizzo del luppolo e progetti di sviluppo ispirati alla filosofia di prodotto tedesca.
