Per questo, dopo aver mosso i primi passi nella fervente scena birraria romana, abbiamo finalmente trovato il luogo ideale dove mettere in pratica le nostre idee: la terra di confine tra Abruzzo e Marche.
Qui, nella cornice di Folignano, ci siamo infatti imbattuti in un vecchio birrificio in disuso, costituito da un impianto a fiamma elegantemente rivestito di rame, il quale è collocato all’intero di un serie di pittoreschi grottini. È stato un vero e proprio colpo di fulmine coronato nel 2016 con la nascita ufficiale del Birrificio Babylon.
