Il Birrificio Artigianale Eclipse nasce dalla passione per la buona birra di due giovani sognatori, nonché dal coraggio e la caparbietà di una donna, una delle rare mastro birraie in Italia che ripercorre le orme di un’altra Vittoria e, per il carattere ereditato dalla nonna con la quale condivide non solo il nome ma anche la tenacia, la forza d'animo e la passione per il lavoro artigiano.
Eclipse vuole esprimere un’ originale e personale innovazione degli stili brassicoli, per questo il motto del birrificio è: “Innovazione nella Tradizione”
