Il Birrificio Agricolo 2 Sorelle ha sede in un antico cascinale immerso tra le verdi colline delle Langhe. Nei terreni adiacenti l'azienda, è prossima la realizzazione di un ettaro di luppoleto, mentre alla coltivazione dell'orzo distico sono dedicati 20 ettari di seminativo nell'alessandrino.
All'interno del cascinale, è presente una moderna sala cottura a 3 tini, nella quale si produce il mosto di birra. Dopo la fermentazione e un periodo di maturazione, la birra è pronta per essere imbottigliata previa l'aggiunta di un piccolo quantitativo di zucchero per la successiva rifermentazione in bottiglia.
Per mantenere un'impronta il più possibile green, il Birrificio 2 Sorelle dispone di un impianto fotovoltaico da 20 kWp, di una caldaia a biomasse legnose per produrre il calore necessario al processo produttivo e al riscaldamento dello stabile senza la necessità di bruciare combustibili fossili non rinnovabili e di un impianto di depurazione a fanghi attivi per ripulire i reflui di produzione.
