Vulcano è il progetto di giovani imprenditori catanesi, cresciuti all’ombra del vulcano più grande d’Europa e desiderosi di valorizzare il proprio territorio. Un territorio, quello dell’Etna, ricco, ma difficile, capace di dare risposte solo dopo non pochi sforzi, uniti ad un pizzico di passione.

Fare impresa in un luogo generalmente legato ad alcuni dei fiori all’occhiello dell’enologia siciliana rappresentava dunque solo un’ulteriore sfida che noi abbiamo accettato. E possiamo dire che ne è valsa la pena. L’Etna e la Sicilia, infatti, sono in grado di trasmettere la propria essenza anche ad un boccale di birra, personalizzandolo con i profumi e i sapori di ingredienti freschi e naturali. La lavorazione artigianale, quella che noi amiamo, poi, contribuisce a renderlo unico nel suo genere.
