L’avventura di Birra Sikania nasce nel maggio 2015 dalla passione e dall’entusiasmo di giovani imprenditori appassionati alla buona birra e molto legati alla propria terra, la Sicilia. 
Da quel momento in poi si rimboccarono le maniche e andarono alla ricerca delle migliori materie prime.
Da quel momento decisero di partire con un primo brand “Birra Minchia”, che colpisce parecchio e spopola nel mondo dei bevitori e non, ma soprattutto affascina tutti coloro che sono legati alla Sicilia.
Minchia, non è una semplice parola nata in Sicilia ma un’intercalare utilizzato in tutta Italia e riconosciuto in tutto il mondo, esprime tantissimi concetti e significati, trasmette diverse sensazioni. 
Successivamente nel Marzo 2017 nasce un altro nostro brand “Birra Futtitinni”, che tradotto in Italiano vuol dire fregatene, vai oltre tutti i problemi della vita, bevi e pensa alla salute.
