Dall’antica sapienza nel coltivare la terra, l’amore per i suoi frutti più pregiati e la cura meticolosa in ogni fase della produzione nascono le birre San Girolamo. Tutto il profumo della natura toscana e la forza della sua storia di coraggio forgiano il carattere di questa azienda che sorge sulle colline soleggiate dell’aretino. Qui, temperati dalla tramontana e accarezzati dal maestrale, crescono il luppolo più vigoroso e l’orzo più dorato che a pochi metri dalle piantagioni trasformano i propri frutti nel nettare dallo “spirito agricolo” San Girolamo. La lunga tradizione agricola della famiglia Giannini si sposa con la più ardente passione per la birra dei due giovani mastri birrai che ne hanno raccolto il legato.
