Un progetto ambizioso che abbiamo preparato in un lungo cammino, viaggiando in Italia ed in Europa, nel corso del quale abbiamo costruito la nostra esperienza da "mastri birrai", permettendoci di scegliere come partner produttivo, la "BRAUREI ZOLLER - HOF" di Sigmaringen nel sud della Germania, al centro dell'affascinante foresta nera.
Abbiamo realizzato una birra unica, capace di esprimere il calore, l’estro, la solarità e la complessità della nostra città, avvalendoci delle migliori materie prime e di una secolare esperienza e tradizione birraia quale quella tedesca.
