Birra Follina è un micro-birrificio che nasce nel 2012 nel cuore dell'Alta Marca trevigiana, a Follina, famosa per la straordinaria abbazia cistercense. La passione per il mondo della birra artigianale, una lunga e approfondita esperienza nella produzione vitivinicola e nella rifermentazione in bottiglia, vent'anni di studio delle tecnologie e degli impianti brassicoli di tutta Europa sono stati i presupposti per l'inizio di questa avventura.

Il nome del birrificio deriva dall'antico borgo di Follina, un tempo chiamato Sanavalle per la sua particolare salubrità. E proprio la sorgente del Follina, uno dei fiumi più piccoli d'Italia, regala l'acqua purissima che è alla base della produzione delle nostre birre.

Le nostre birre sono ad alta fermentazione, di ispirazione belga (cosiddette birre di abbazia) non filtrate e non pastorizzate, di qualità alta e destinate ad un pubblico dal gusto evoluto, alla ristorazione di qualità, alle enoteche che vogliano proporre ai propri clienti un'alternativa al vino, alle pizzerie gourmet o anche a semplici amici appassionati che vengono a trovarci in birrificio.
