la Birra DALLE RIVE è un'idea di agricoltura giovane, creativa ed ecosostenibile. Nasce dalla storica azienda agricola famigliare già presente dai primi anni ’50 e situata nel piccolo paesino di Zugliano nella provincia di Vicenza, in zona collinare circondata dalle magnifiche Prealpi Venete ai piedi dell’altopiano di Asiago, in un ambiente piacevole ricco di storia e di siti architettonici.
Produciamo birre di carattere utilizzando prevalentemente materie prime prodotte nella nostra azienda agricola, solo di primissima qualità senza compromessi: ne nasce un prodotto unico e straordinario sensibile all'andamento climatico stagionale. Si possono quindi definire “Birre Vive” anche perché non subiscono processi di pastorizzazione, micro-filtrazione e non contengono nessun tipo di aromi e conservanti, ma sono naturali al 100% dalla terra al bicchiere.
Per mantenere integre le qualità della nostra birra, abbiamo adottato il metodo di una lenta rifermentazione in bottiglia simile a quello utilizzato per lo Champagne, che oltre ad assicurare la conservabilità, regala un incredibile morbidezza ed una straordinaria complessità di profumi.
