Em 23 de abril de 2004 surgia na cidade de Treze Tílias, em Santa Catarina, mais conhecida como o “Tirol Brasileiro“, a CERVEJARIA BIERBAUM. Fundada pelos irmãos Bierbaum, a fábrica foi construída em anexo ao charmoso e tradicional Restaurante Edelweiss, preservando em sua construção o estilo alpino, característico da região dos alpes austríacos.
