The story of a how the town Bible was sold to buy a bear is spoken far and wide. Such brazen courage changed the town forever, leaving a special kind of legacy that lasts to this day.

We use our past as inspiration for our future; taking confidence from our decades of experience and new innovative approach of blending traditional and modern beer styles.

Our brewing practices blend the traditional with the contemporary. We believe as a craft brewery that hard work and traditional brewing methods must be at the heart of what we do. Northern spirit and endeavour are what make Beartown beers unique.
