## About

La BAM (Brasserie Associative de Montflours) est en une société coopérative d'intérêt collectif sous statut SARL. Située dans le village de Montflours en Mayenne, à 20 mn au nord de Laval, elle a pour objet de mettre en place une filière brassicole biologique locale et d'être un lieu d'éducation populaire et de brassage amateur.
Fondée en 2009 sous statut associatif, la BAM a été transformée en SCIC en 2013.
Depuis 2014, la BAM est labellisée "Nature et Progrès".
La plus grande partie du malt utilisé provient de cultures locales. Une plantation de houblon est en cours de réalisation en 2015 et une micromalterie est en projet.
