## About

V prostorách hotelu vznikl díky přestavbě v roce 2015/2016 první Balónový pivovar, který navazuje na historii z roku 1597, kdy se v prostorách hotelu již pivovar nacházel. Zakladatelem byl Samuel Radešínský. Jsme hrdí, že se můžeme k této tradici vrátit a jméno Samuel bude použito na naše první (a víme, že ne poslední) pivo – světlá výčepní jedenáctka.
