Badúm es una cerveza artesana, natural, singular y autóctona, elaborada de forma artesanal en Peñíscola. Su nombre supone un reconocimiento y puesta en valor del patrimonio histórico y natural de Peñíscola, representado por la torre Badum, torre de origen medieval alzada sobre un acantilado de más de 95 metros de altura en pleno paraje natural de la Serra d’Irta.
Elaboramos cervezas especiales, de alta fermentación y refermentadas en su propia botella, en donde cogen el gas que forma la espuma y evolucionan con el tiempo.
Nuestra cerveza no pasa por procesos industriales como el filtrado ni el pasteurizado de la cerveza, porque creemos en la pureza de los productos artesanos.
Nuestra producción de cerveza es limitada y elaborada de forma artesanal desde el molido de la malta hasta el etiquetado de las botellas.
