## About

Tutto prende vita nella piccola casa in disuso “della nonna”, un luogo di ritrovo ideale per  sfuggire alla velocità di questo mondo troppo veloce, anche per le nostre birre. Molti anni fa quella casa ci ha dato modo di iniziare la scoperta di questo magnifico mondo e in seguito la sperimentazione di birre che in alcuni casi hanno bisogno di un lungo periodo di maturazione, mesi o addirittura anni.

Per questo abbiamo deciso di chiamarci così, Aviam, un nome che origina dal latino “Avia” che non può significare altro che “Nonna”.

Ispirati dai mastri birrai belga, legati alla tradizione ma con un occhio all’innovazione, le birre  Aviam riescono ad esplodere di gusto ad ogni sorso grazie alla ricerca, non solo dei grani migliori, ma di tutto ciò che la flora siciliana è in grado di offrire, compresi i lieviti di cui facciamo ricerca e selezione.

L’obiettivo da raggiungere è di arricchire il grande mondo delle birre artigianali, diffondere con entusiasmo un prodotto che rappresenta un simbolo di convivialità e felicità in tutto il mondo.
