Inspired by the sun, life, and music in and around our home in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, Apollo Brewing Company was formed by friends on a mission to produce real, flavourful craft beer of exceptional quality. 

What started as an enthusiastic hobby turned into a passion for fine flavour derived from the best available ingredients and local water. Only the finest ingredients can produce the greatest beers. Experience in wine making and knowledge of the science of fermentation reflects in the quality of our craft beers. 

Apollo comprises of a Team of passionate, crazy and creative South Africans who are determined to deliver great craft beer & honest ethics.
