Tra le dolci colline della Valcesano, immerso nel verde di campi d'orzo, sorge il birrificio Angeloni. È il contesto naturale e storico della nostra azienda agraria che ci porta ad interpretare la birra artigianale come legame indissolubile con il territorio da cui ha origine il nostro orzo, ingrediente principale di birre di qualità. Selezioniamo per la semina solo varietà di orzi distici, tipologia prevalentemente utilizzata per la birrificazione in quanto presenta cariossidi grandi,omogenei e con maggior percentuali di amido e quindi con buone rese nella produzione del malto. Dopo la trebbiatura, l'orzo viene inviato presso la malteria consortile del COBI (consorzio produttori dell'orzo e della birra) dove avviene il processo di maltazione dopo attenta pulizia e calibratura. Un progetto di filiera agronomica dove genuinità delle materia prime, creativià e rispetto per l'ambiente si uniscono per valorizzare un prodotto dal fascino millenario come la birra. Produciamo birre senza conservanti, non filtrate e non pastorizzate, poichè crediamo che sottoporre ad uno stress termico un prodotto così delicato significhi compromettere le qualità organolettiche, gustative e olfattive proprie della birra artigianale. Ogni birra si distingue per carattere, unicità ed eleganza; birre ottenute con passione e dedizione.
