## About

Ampersand Brew Co is a small batch brewery based out of South Norfolk. We brew seasonal beers that best showcase the ingredients and our skills as a modern progressive brewery. 

Started by a family team of Amy, Andy & Adrian Hipwell and originally occupying a converted barn on the family farm, our bespoke brewery kit is setup to produce high quality small batch beer. Our philosophy is simple: produce the beer we want to drink to the best standard possible. By doing this we hope the beer speaks for itself and that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Our Brewery Taproom and Shop are now open at our new site in Diss - please come and visit us to check out our ever-changing new beer releases.
