Amiata Brewing Company is an Alessio Bargagli's project. He use the Birra Amiata facility in Arcidosso (Tuscany) to produce, but with is own philosophy that like to produce sometime really simple, sometime more fantasious beer. The common red line between all these beers is that are clear, easy to drink, interesting beer, made only for the enjoyment
