## About

In early 2017, a chemist, a farm girl, two kids, a labrador, and a few cows and sheep, set out to convert our milking parlour into a micro brewery…

And we did!

We’ve had some help though… The introduction of kegging, bottling and canning equipment was part funded by the European Agricultural fund for Rural Development. This will enable two new packaged containers and support further growth of our brewery.

Now using water from our own bore hole, filtered through the strong limestone hills of the Peak District, and with the flair of a chemist as unique as his beers, we have created the ‘AAA’ range of craft ales
