Partners Jim and Carin Holliday bring decades of experience in business, management, manufacturing and marketing. Mike Cater has provided expertise and resources – including the services of the Sun City Woodworkers – to make the Holliday Brewing dream a reality. The Holliday children also have provided inspiration and ideas to ensure Holliday Brewing is a true reflection of what we are about.
