Our brewery is situated within the walls of the Monastery of the Brothers of Saint John (Broeders van Sint Jan), situated in the historic city center of The Hague. Our brewery is very modest in size and allows us to brew around 100 liters a week. Our signature beer is the Prior, which is the beer that's available most of the time, sometimes in special editions. Every third week we experiment. Saisons, barrel aged, sour, stouts, you name it. Some of those batches are for sale in our monastery shop. Our beers are only available in 75 cl bottles. Our beer is for sharing. Drink it with brothers... And sisters.
