Bidassoa Basque Brewery es el proyecto empresarial de Carlos Arrecubieta e Iñigo Pérez Muguruza. Se trata de una fábrica de cerveza artesanal que han ubicado en Belaskoenea y desde la que acaban de empezar a distribuir sus tres primeros tipos de cerveza. El maestro cervecero de la nueva marca es Carlos Arrecubieta, biólogo, doctorado en microbiología, que ha desarrollado su carrera profesional como investigador; primero, en universidades inglesas y estadounidenses y, posteriormente, en el sector privado neoyorquino.
