2. Whiplash

A weekend project that has since ruined our lives, now complete with Dublin brewery and tears. Brewing and canning on site with a team of 12, lashing out the beers we want to see more of.

6. Outer Place Brewing

Outer Place is a new Irish Craft brewery in Kildare focused on hoppy styles of beer. The story of Outer Place begins at the home of Mark Clarke and Vivien Lough. Mark has home-brewed for years as a hobby and has always dreamed of opening a brewery to satisfy his desire for hoppy beer. Now is the time. For now, we will create beer with friends and collaborators in breweries around Ireland and beyond. Our vision is to create a destination brewery that is fiercely independent, ethically inclined, and sustainable. Our goal is to create modern, progressive, delicious beers inspired by friends, family, art, music, nature, and whatever else takes our fancy along the way.

7. Hope Beer

Hope Beer started out in 2015 when the brewery was founded by four friends with a passion for beer and business. What began as a series of late-night kitchen table discussions is now a state-of-the-art brewery, producing an extensive range of award-winning premium craft beers. Hope produces a core range of five distinct beer styles which are available all year round as well as two seasonals and a wide range of limited-edition beers. All Hope beers are brewed, bottled, canned and kegged at Howth Junction on Dublin’s Northside and are crafted to be the perfect accompaniment to food. DOT Brew produce's decent quality beer and is ranked #25 in Ireland. They are most well known for "Pursuit of Juicy", which is an Imperial New England IPA and "Straight Up IPA", which is an American IPA. Their primary focus is brewing IPAs and Dark Beers.

Trouble Brewing was founded when three friends, Thomas Prior, Stephen Clinch and Paul O Connor had visited one too many pubs that had no variety in the beers available, and decided that something needed to be done about it. So over a few of Thomas’s home-brewed bottles they set about starting a brewery that would go some way to addressing the issue. Figuring that beer should be presented in a humorous and fun way, they chose to name the brewery Trouble Brewing. The brewing equipment was procured from Sioux Falls in South Dakota, USA and set-up in Allenwood, Co. Kildare.
