We’re a free spirited bunch at Wylde Sky. We like adventure and inspired by.... ...nah, these 'about us' sections are always the same.... reality is: we're 3 middle-aged dudes with nothing else better to do, who might know a thing or two about brewing (or not), then decided to make sure there will never be a shortage of beer for our own stash, instead of each acquiring a convertible porsche which is probably the standard MO at this age... but I digress... We like what we do, we hope and think you will too, 's all. The premise is that of ever changing recipes which you can keep track by checking the V1, V2, etc... icons on the cans. These are different takes on the same style, tweaks, evolution, or just the result of the inquisitive nature of brewers. Our website has extensive details on every single version and recipes, and also when said versions were brewed + whether they're available in cans, kegs, key-kegs, etc... When reviewing our beer, state which version of it, if you got the gist of our little system!

Founded in June 1999, in Milton, a village on the outskirts of Cambridge. In July 2012, Milton Brewery moved premises to the neighbouring village of Waterbeach, securing the future of the brewery, providing much needed expansion and allowing for further growth.

Manor House farm, Dry Drayton had a brewhouse many, many years ago so it felt great to be putting that skill back into a beautiful village. Replacing a piece of lost history. In 2011 the brewery set up in an converted dairy/pig farm building and at the same time drew inspiration from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall a talented writer, broadcaster and campaigner, who is widely known for his uncompromising commitment to seasonal, ethically produced food and has earned a huge following through his River Cottage TV series and books. My ultimate goal was to source as much as we could from our doorstep, so that every brew has a piece of local produce within. Like Honey from Over, and Hops from Swavesey. Local lavender and herbs.
