Il Birrificio artigianale Barley, fondato nel 2006 grazie alla forte passione per le birre di elevata qualità dei due soci Nicola Perra e Isidoro Mascia, è una piccola e creativa realtà artigianale che si propone di inserire i suoi prodotti nella tavola della ristorazione di fascia medio-alta, secondo una linea di diffusione parallela al vino. Tutte le birre sono non pastorizzate, non filtrate e rifermentate in bottiglia: una metodologia produttiva che consente l'affinamento della birra, rendendo i suoi aromi e sapori in continua e sorprendente evoluzione e conferendo al prodotto una digeribilità ottimale. -------- The Barley Craft Brewery was founded in 2006 thanks to the passion for high quality beer of the two proprietors, Nicola Perra and Isidoro Mascia. Day after day, every production's detail combines great creativity with constant quality care, in order to offer refined-taste beers. Its production philosophy has enabled to successfully raise awareness of Barley beers, opening the way for export to the USA, where they soon found a natural place on the tables of mid to high range restaurants very sensitive to the nichè products, particularly Made in Italy.

At Mezzavia brewery, we brew beer…as simple as that. We brew with passion, and respect for time, because every sip of beer should be a small and genuine pleasure. The brewery was founded in spring 2014 in Selargius(Sardinia - Italy), with the simple yet ambitious goal to make beers with character, yet balanced and enjoyable. The technical skills of the brewmaster, together with the strict quality control and the next generation equipment, makes possible the creation of a consistent and sound quality beer. When brewing our beers we take inspiration from traditional brewing styles, which our brewmaster reinterprets in his own way. Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized and are made out of the most premium malts and fresh hops.

Birrificio Di Cagliari produce's generally unappealing beer and has a decent variety of ones to choose from. They are most well known for "Figu Morisca", which is a Wheat Beer and "Mutta Affumiada", which is a Smoked Beer. Their primary focus is brewing Wheat Beers and Smoked Beers.
