Sommar Brewing Company was established in 2020 to provide freshly-brewed craft beer on a tapped-to-order basis. Our craft beer brewery based in Birmingham City Centre brews between 3 – 5 beers per week, which means that when visiting us, you can be assured that our beer is FRESH! We have craft beer bars in Birmingham, Harborne, Leicester, Solihull and Worcester. Expect freshly-brewed craft beer, 2 for 1 cocktails, delicious street food and regular live entertainment at all of them!
4. Bathams Brewery

Bathams have become a family born to brew, with the sixth generation now involved in creating and serving the legendary beer of the Black Country. The company has continued to expand from that day in 1882 when Daniel Batham Snr became the landlord of the White Horse in Cradley Heath. We think he would be proud to know that 137 years later in 2019 that Batham’s would be operating 11 pubs and supplying many more throughout the Black Country and beyond! Each of the Bathams pubs is steeped in character and history, but none more so than the famous “Bull & Bladder” – the brewery tap, formerly known as The Vine Inn, Delph Road, Brierley Hill, which provides a colourful frontage to the brewery behind.

Sarah Hughes Brewery produce's fine quality beer and is ranked #5 in West Midlands. They are most well known for "Dark Ruby", which is a Mild - Dark and "Surprise", which is a Blonde / Golden Ale - English. Their primary focus is brewing Brown Ales and Pale Ales.
6. Attic Brew Co.

Attic Brew Co. was borne out of years of beer consumption and small scale production. Oli and Sam met at university in Cardiff where their beer obsession began. Sam began brewing in his bedroom of their shared house and continued after graduating, moving back to Birmingham and setting up his home brewery in his attic. In 2018, after they'd had the ridiculous idea to start a brewery, Oli left his job in London and moved to Birmingham. They took out a loan, rented a run down old industrial unit in Stirchley and bought a small brew kit that was older than they were. Several months of painting, building and, finally, brewing, allowed them to open the taproom doors on the 23rd November 2018.

We are passionate about what we do, putting our heart and soul into producing quality beers with big, bold and interesting flavours. We use only the best quality, natural and freshest ingredients in every beer we brew. All our beers are unfined and unfiltered so are often naturally hazy and, with the exception of the occasional use of Lactose, Vegan friendly.

New Invention Brewery produce's good quality beer and is ranked #9 in West Midlands. They are most well known for "On Your Marks", which is a Milkshake IPA and "Blueberry And Vanilla Pale Ale", which is a Milkshake Pale Ale. Their primary focus is brewing Pale Ales and IPAs.
