10. TuffBuzz

Budapest, Hungary

TuffBuzz is a contract brewery from Budapest/Hungary, founded in 2016. The brewery is focusing on creating crazy brews, to operate with surprising flavour combinations and experimenting with unusual ingredients. Peter, the founder is one of the main organizers of Budapest Beer Week as well, which is Budapest's very own international craft beer festival happening yearly during the end of May.

11. UGAR Brewery

Törökszentmiklós, Hungary

Zoltán és Kata 2016-ban alapította a törökszentmiklósi UGAR Brewery-t, ahol prémium minőségű kisüzemi söröket készítenek. Dealbreaker is a brewing project founded in 2019 by Peter Pazinczar /ex-TuffBuzz/ and Tibor Rebak /ex-Poppels, Signature Brew and BrewDog/, two of the main organisers behind BPBW Budapest Beer Week. Expect brews from the extreme ends of the spectrum.

15. FIRST Craft Beer

The Kurucz brothers have always wanted to create a new wave brewery where customers could get their questions answered, learn about the different techniques and ingredients, and where the knowledge and competency are available for everyone. For the sake of their goal, they visited the most professional craft breweries in the world to learn, experience and to get inspiration. After three years of research, their unique interpretation of the beer revolution has been born and they established FIRST Craft Beer in 2017, which is the first new wave open-view brewery in Hungary.

18. Hajnali Sörfőzők

Amiért létrejöttünk: Létrejöttünkkor így fogalmaztunk: Évek óta foglalkozunk azzal, hogy egyre jobb, finomabb és különlegesebb kézműves söröket főzzünk a magunk örömére. A kritikusaink saját magunk voltunk eddig, és igen magasra tettük a mércét. Most, hogy a saját elvárásainknak megfeleltünk és úgy éreztük, hogy a konyha után a hátsókertet is kinőttük, nagyobb játszóteret kerestünk magunknak! Az INCZELLAR az Incze testvérek gerilla sörfőző projektje. Kedvenc receptjeiket, elborult ötleteiket prezentálják a sörkedvelőknek. INCZELLAR is the contract brewery project of the Incze brothers. Their favourite recipes and mad ideas are presented now for the beer lovers.

Célunk, hogy szépet alkossunk, extra minőségben, a KKK™ hitvallás megtartása mellett. Főzdénk a Zentus nevet Szentes város mondabéli megalapítójáról kapta.

22. Uradalmi Brewery

Az Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra 2016-ban alapított gerilla sörfőzde. Sörválasztékunkat olyan különleges minőségű sörök jellemzik, melyek a komló gyümölcsösségét, citrusos illat- és ízvilágát helyezik előtérbe. Időről időre családi birtokunkon, az egykori Váli Uradalomban megtermelt alapanyagokból egyedi, szezonális sörökkel jelenünk meg a piacon. Az állandó kísérletezéseknek, fejlesztéseknek köszönhetően évente több alkalommal jelenünk meg a sörfőzési trendekhez igazodó új főzetekkel. Az Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra a Kraft Sör Egyesület alapító tagja.
