Soy LINO KIM de Corea del Sur. Comencé a elaborar cerveza casera en 2011, cuando vivía en Corea con mi familia, trabajando en una empresa tecnológica líder multinacional. Diariamente, al regresar a casa, NANA, mi esposa, se quejaba por el sabor de la cerveza. “¡La cerveza coreana es muy aguada y no rica!”, por lo que pensé ‘Mi querida esposa por qué será tan gourmet y detallista’. ‘Bueno, si de cerveza rica se trata, por qué no hacerla yo mismo’,pensé casualmente, así inició la producción de la cerveza casera Un año después, gané el premio de oro en el Concurso de Elaboración de Cerveza Casera Artesanal en mi país. Esta alcanzó tanto reconocimiento, que cada vez me enganché más y más en este mundo. Y así descubrí que esta era mi vocación y decidí dedicar mi vida a ella. El lugar que elegí para convertir mi sueño en realidad fue Colombia. Trabajando en la multinacional coreana, tuve la oportunidad de estar dos temporadas en Bogotá, (2009 - 2012), (2015 - 2018). Este tiempo me permitió conocer la alegría de los colombianos, quienes bailan con la música en cualquier lugar y se divierten en todo momento. Deseé trabajar siempre junto con ellos y enfrentarme con ellos a nuevos retos. En 2019 decidí iniciar Lino Brewing Company y vivir permanentemente en Colombia. Con Nana, mi esposa tan gourmet y detallista, estoy preparando con mucho cariño una cerveza especial para ustedes, los Colombianos que tanto quiero.
